We're a LIVING Museum

The Western Antique Aeroplane & Automobile Museum ensures that all vehicles life continues on. As one of the newest airplane and automobile museums in the US, our collection of over 160 living airplanes and 200 living automobiles is impressive.

Unlike most museums, we don't just refinish the surface, but the engine as well. Once they're restored them, we're able to drive or fly them...and we sure do! What's even more impressive is the work of restoration and preservation is accomplished by our wonderful volunteers. THANK YOU!

So, we're a "living" museum in that all of our vehicles are fully functional. And you can be sure that we have great fun when we bring them out of the hangar to fly them or drive them!

Our Mission

The increase and diffusion of knowledge of American Transportation related relics

Our Vision

To preserve the machines that taught America how to ride motorcycles, drive cars, and fly airplanes and share knowledge on how these machines operated and still operate today in hopes of granting insight to others.

Our Plan

Share and spread the knowledge of our collection. This is done by opening our doors, having volunteers roam the museum floor ready for questions, making tours available, and ensuring a safe experience for people to experience history.
